These Terms govern access to and use of the Dženana Vocal Academy / DženanaVoice website and services available through it.

1. General
By using this website you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to them to the extent applicable to the services you use.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
2. Services
The website may offer online vocal courses, private lessons, coaching, masterclasses, mentorship, audition preparation, repertoire coaching, memberships, educational challenges, AI Vocal Coach, vocal assessments, concerts, booking, music, audio/video content, digital products and institutional programs.
Availability, pricing, duration, capacity and additional conditions may be stated with each offer.
3. Registration and user accounts
Certain services require registration. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting their login credentials.
Accounts may not be transferred to another person unless the relevant service expressly permits multiple users.
4. Courses, lessons and coaching
Educational services are intended for learning and professional development. Results depend on individual ability, experience, vocal condition, practice and other factors.
No specific artistic or professional result is guaranteed.
5. Vocal health
Website and Academy content does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
Users experiencing pain, persistent hoarseness, voice loss or another health concern should seek appropriate professional medical advice.
6. AI Vocal Coach
AI features are supplementary educational tools. AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not constitute medical, legal or other regulated professional advice.
7. Prices and payments
Where a service is sold online, its price and currency are displayed before purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and Dženana Vocal Academy may therefore not directly receive or store complete payment-card details.
8. Cancellations, withdrawal and refunds
By purchasing an online course, digital program, membership or other digital educational content, the user receives access to the content and services included in the purchased package.
Before completing the purchase, the user is informed that access to digital content may be provided immediately after successful payment.
Once the user activates a course, enters the protected course area, or begins viewing, playing, downloading or otherwise using any video, audio, text, educational or other digital content included in the purchased package, the user is considered to have begun using the purchased digital service.
Once use has begun, the user is not entitled to request a refund merely because they changed their mind, no longer wish to use the course, did not complete the course, or did not use all content or benefits included in the package, except where a refund right arises under mandatory applicable law.
Accessing or using even one part of the course constitutes commencement of use of the digital package.
After use has begun, failure to complete or use the entire package does not by itself constitute grounds for a full or partial refund.
These provisions do not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
9. Concerts, events and booking
Concert dates, venues and event information may change.
A booking or collaboration inquiry submitted through the website does not itself create a binding contract. A contract is formed once relevant terms are agreed and confirmed.
10. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, recordings, videos, music, arrangements, graphics, designs, educational materials, courses and other content are protected by applicable rights.
Unauthorized copying, downloading, redistribution, public display, sale, adaptation or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
Systematic scraping or use of website content to train, develop or evaluate AI systems without prior written permission is prohibited except where expressly permitted by mandatory law.
11. Third-party platforms
The website may link to or embed services such as YouTube, Spotify, Deezer, social networks and payment providers.
Those services apply their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Prohibited use
Unauthorized access, disruption, security circumvention, malicious content, abusive use of AI functions and automated bulk extraction of website content are prohibited.
13. Website availability
We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, technical failures, security events or infrastructure issues may affect availability.
14. Minors
Where a minor uses a service, parental or legal-guardian consent is required where applicable under law or appropriate to the nature of the service.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, technology or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.
